Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
½ cup peanut butter
⅓ cup honey
⅓ cup dark chocolate chips
¼ cup milk
Method
Mix oats and protein powder.
Warm peanut butter and honey together.

Ingredients
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup chopped peanuts
1 cup puffed rice
¼ cup honey
Method
Mix protein powder and puffed rice.
Stir in peanut butter, honey, and peanuts.
Press firmly into a pan.
Chill until set and slice.

Ingredients
2 cups oats
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
½ cup Greek yogurt
½ cup mixed dried berries
¼ cup honey
Method
Combine dry ingredients.
Mix yogurt and honey separately.

Chill overnight and cut into bars.

Ingredients
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
1 cup oats
¼ cup cocoa powder
½ cup almond butter
¼ cup dark chocolate chips
⅓ cup milk
Method
Mix oats, protein powder, and cocoa.
Add almond butter and milk.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Press into a pan and refrigerate.
5. Matcha Cashew Protein Bars
Protein: ~11g per bar
Ingredients
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 tbsp matcha powder
½ cup cashew butter
1 cup oats
2 tbsp shredded coconut
¼ cup honey
Method
Mix all ingredients into a thick dough.
Press into a lined tray.
Chill for 2–3 hours.
Slice into bars.
6. Cranberry Pumpkin Seed Protein Bars
Protein: ~13g per bar
Ingredients
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
1½ cups oats
¼ cup pumpkin seeds
¼ cup dried cranberries
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup honey
Method
Combine dry ingredients.
Mix in peanut butter and honey.
Press into a pan.
Refrigerate until firm.
Cut into bars.
