Which pasta salad would you add to your plate first?
Ingredients
- Big Mac Pasta Salad
1 pound rotini pasta, cooked al dente and drained
1 pound hamburger, browned and drained
1 ½ cups cheddar cheese cubes,
1 ½ cups shredded iceberg lettuce
1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved
1 cup onion, minced
1 ½ cups dill pickle, diced
1 ⅓ cups thousand island dressing
⅔ cup Mayonnaise
dill pickle chips, optional garnish
½ teaspoon white sesame seeds, optional garnish - BLT Pasta Salad
16 ounces rotini pasta (cooked, drained, and rinsed with cold water)
13 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
½ large red onion, finely diced
1½ cup cheddar cheese, cut into cubes (measured after cut)
2 cups romaine lettuce, measured after cut or torn into bit sized pieces
1 avocado, cut into small pieces
1½ cups cherry tomatoes, cut in half (measured after cut)
¼ cup parsley, chopped
Dressing
1 ounce Hidden Valley Dressing Mix, dry
1½ cups mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream - Dill Pickle Pasta Salad
16 ounces rotini pasta (cooked, drained, and rinsed in cool water)
2 cups whole dill pickles, diced and reserve juice (about 5 large pickles)
1½ cups cheddar cheese, cubed (or Colby-jack cheese)
1 to 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
½ cup mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
1 tablespoon dried dill
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon dried parsley

Macaroni Salad
16 ounces elbow macaroni
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 pound lean ground beef
⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
1 pound smoked bacon, cooked and crumbled
15.25 ounces whole kernel sweet corn, drained
15.25 ounces black beans, drained and rinsed
2¼ cups halved cherry tomatoes
½ cup thinly sliced green onion
2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise, your favorite brand
2 tablespoons barbecue sauce, your favorite brand
2 tablespoons lime juice
1½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
